You have the right to cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text "STOP" to the phone number provided. Once we receive your "STOP" request, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After the confirmation, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin the service, you can sign up again using the same process, and we will resume sending appointment reminders and confirmation texts to you.

Please note that carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Additionally, standard message and data rates may apply for both incoming and outgoing messages between us and you.

PAYMENT TERMS
5.2 The total fee for the tutoring services is due either via a one-time payment or through an installment plan, with the first payment required prior to the
first session.
5.3 Failure to make payments on time will result in suspension of tutoring services until fees are settled in full.
5.4 No refunds will be issued once a package has commenced.
8. Guarantee Conditions
MATHSZX Tutoring Services is committed to delivering high-impact results through its structured and personalised approach. As part of our commitment to student success, we offer a results-based guarantee.
8.1 Guarantee Statement:
If the Student is already achieving at least a Grade C (as verified during the initial assessment conducted by MATHSZX), we guarantee an A/A* outcome.
If the Student is achieving below a Grade C, we guarantee a 2 grade increase from their initial assessment result.
If the guaranteed grade improvement is not achieved, MATHSZX will continue to provide tutoring support at no additional cost until the guaranteed outcome is met, provided that all the following conditions have been fully satisfied.
8.2 Conditions of Guarantee: To be eligible for this extended support, the following conditions must be met:
Initial Assessment: The Student must complete an initial diagnostic assessment conducted by MATHSZX to establish their current grade level.
Attendance: 100% attendance to all scheduled tutoring sessions within the 90-day programme period. Unauthorised absences will void the guarantee.
Homework Completion: 100% of homework tasks must be completed and submitted on time via Google Classroom. Work must meet the expected standard of effort and accuracy.
Mock Exams: 100% of mock exams must be completed and submitted on time via Google Classroom. All mocks must be completed under timed, exam-style conditions and submitted for marking.
Revision Tasks: All revision tasks must be completed by the stated deadlines. Students must record their name and date on the Student Knowledge Checklist and self-assess progress using the R/A/G (Red/Amber/Green) System.
Engagement and Communication: Engage actively in all sessions, including verbal participation, task follow-through, and receptiveness to tutor feedback. Students must maintain open communication with tutors via Google Classroom, responding promptly to feedback and study plan adjustments.
Accountability Sessions: 100% attendance is required for all scheduled Accountability Sessions.
Learning Environment and Technology: Sessions must be conducted in a distraction-free environment with reliable internet and device functionality to ensure lesson effectiveness.
Masterclass Completion: Students must complete the A/A* Masterclass course on Skool and all related action items.
Payments: Make all payments on time and in full, in line with agreed payment terms. Late or missed payments may result in the guarantee being void.
8.2 Conditions of Guarantee:
Failure to meet any of the conditions listed above will result in the guarantee being void. MATHSZX reserves the right to determine eligibility and to verify all required submissions, attendance, and engagement data prior to activating extended support.
14. Termination:
14.1 Termination by the Client: The Client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to MATHSZX Tutoring Services via email at [email protected].
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
Any remaining sessions in an active package will be forfeited upon termination.
If the Client is on a payment plan, the remaining balance becomes immediately due in full upon termination.
14.2 Termination by MATHSZX: MATHSZX Tutoring Services reserves the right to terminate this agreement for any (or no) reason. Grounds for immediate termination may include, but are not limited to:
Failure to adhere to payment terms
Repeated missed sessions or persistent lack of engagement
Breach of this agreement or unacceptable conduct by the Client or Student
The learning environment becomes unsuitable due to lack of cooperation or communication
Any circumstance where MATHSZX deems continued service to be unsuitable or unproductive
In all cases, no refunds will be issued, and any remaining sessions in the package will not be carried over.
